The work includes contact with patients, relatives, staff, and collaboration. In addition to teamwork within the interdisciplinary team, you also have many contact points outside our own operations, for example with the municipality and other stakeholders.\n\nIn this role, you contribute your professional expertise in assessment and interventions for patients at individual or group level. Together with the rest of the team, you contribute to good and safe care for the patient from a person-centered approach. You supervise staff, prescribe and follow up on aids and devices.\n\nWe work in an interdisciplinary team with colleagues and receive administrative support from the unit's secretary. We follow patients in quality registries CPUP and MMCUP.\n\nFor new employees, we offer a structured introduction program with a mentor for support during the introduction period.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou are a licensed physical therapist with credentials to practice within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have knowledge of the Swedish health and medical care system and Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. For this position, swimming proficiency is also required. We would like you to be an experienced computer user with good knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and the Microsoft Office package.
