For those who are new to the region, we offer help arranging housing, just a few minutes' walk from the hospital.\n\nWe are now seeking a licensed physiotherapist\/physical therapist for a maternity leave position.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB DUTIES\nAs a physiotherapist in our orthopedic acute care department, you will work closely with patients and in close collaboration with other professionals.\n\nYour tasks include:\n\n- performing physiotherapeutic assessments in the acute phase, assessing function, mobility, and mobilization needs\n\n- initiating and implementing early mobilization and rehabilitation interventions, and contributing to safe discharge from inpatient care\n\n- collaborating with occupational therapists and other team members\n\nThe work is varied, and you will have the opportunity to use your clinical expertise while playing an important role in patient-centered teamwork.\n\nYour employment will be with Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, and some weekend shifts are included.
