Our mission is to create the conditions for a functional everyday life, and we do this through close collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.\n\nAs a physiotherapist with us, you work with assessment, training, and monitoring of functions such as mobility, strength, and balance. A central part of the work is to strengthen the individual's ability to move about and be active in their immediate surroundings. Our patients are of various ages, although the majority are elderly.\n\nThe tasks are varied and independent. A large part of the work is done through others, which means guidance, instruction, and support to patients, family members, and care staff. Therefore, we value that you are pedagogical, have good communication skills, and can inspire and motivate others in the rehabilitation process.\n\nWe offer a structured introduction that is adapted to your experience and circumstances. During the initial period, you will also have support from a designated mentor in the operation.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. Experience from municipal home care is meritorious, but the most important thing for us is that you are curious about the assignment and want to take on the challenges and opportunities that municipal rehabilitation offers.\n\nYou are flexible, have an easy way of meeting people with different needs and life situations, and treat both patients and colleagues with humility and respect. Collaboration with different professions is a natural part of your way of working and you adapt to the team's and patient's needs.\n\nYou see working with training in the patient's daily life as an obvious part of rehabilitation. You have a genuine interest in developing within all aspects of rehabilitation and want to continue learning both through experience sharing with colleagues and through training, in large and small ways.
