Our team consists of occupational therapist, dietitian, speech-language pathologist, physician, psychologist, physical therapist, nurse\/urotherapist, social worker and team secretary. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, where together with the team you provide interventions that contribute to the individual's health, development and quality of life.\n\nThe work consists of patient contact both individually and in groups. The duties include individual assessments, follow-ups according to quality registers and time-limited interventions individually or together with other professionals in the team. Interventions can also take place in the home environment. Interventions are designed and planned based on each individual's specific needs, own goals and circumstances. In addition to direct patient contact, the work includes information and knowledge transfer to the adult, their family and network as well as general team tasks.\n\nThe duties also include general team tasks.
