Now we are looking for you, who wants to help us to keep giving great service and support to our customers in Germany and the UK!\nAbout the role\nYou will be the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions about Verendus and you will quickly become an indispensable part of our success story, which is based on exceptionally good service.\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nAccepting all incoming customer support requests in Germany and the UK via phone, email or instant messages\n\n\nAnswering the support requests directly or coordinating with your colleagues to ensure a high-quality customer experience\n\n\nIdentifying areas for improvement and actively contributing to taking our customer support to the next level\n\n\nAbout you\nYou have a service-oriented attitude and experience in customer service, preferably in an IT-oriented environment or in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry. You know how to deal with corporate customers and how to work with merchandise management systems.
