Through strong cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, operations, and finance, the CBP process (also known as Integrated Business Planning) ensures that decisions are data-driven, forward-looking, and fully integrated.\n\n\nWithin the CBP function, the Demand Planning Excellence team develops and governs global demand planning processes, supports execution, and strengthens capabilities across markets and functions.\n\n\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Global Demand Planning Analyst for finished products, you'll work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment. As part of the Demand Planning Excellence team, you'll play an important role supporting sales organizations in delivering accurate, data-driven demand plans. While sales organizations own the demand plans, you will support them with high-quality analysis, governance, lifecycle management, system expertise, and process development.\nYou'll join a small, experienced team on an exciting journey to enhance the global demand planning process, with an increasing focus on digitalization, advanced analytics, and AI as key enablers of Demand Planning Excellence.\nThis is a fixed-term role covering parental leave.\n\n\nKey responsibilities:\nProactively analyze demand plans and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve forecast quality and support business decisions.\nEnsure reliable demand plans are published to supply planning teams.\nCoordinate product lifecycle changes, including new product introductions and phase-outs, to ensure accurate planning throughout the product lifecycle.\nServe as a key expert for the Logility planning system and our demand planning processes, providing user support, training, and driving system and process enhancements.\nCollaborate closely with sales, product management, supply planning, and other stakeholders to strengthen demand planning capabilities.\nSupport and drive continuous improvements in demand planning KPIs, reports, processes, and ways of working.\n\n\n\nAbout you:\nAs a person, you are analytical, structured, and thorough, with strong communication and collaboration skills. You have a strong sense of ownership and a genuine service mindset. You take initiative and are committed to delivering high-quality results on time.\n\n\nYour skills and background: \nA university degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.\nExperience within demand planning, forecasting, S&OP\/IBP, supply chain, or another planning-related discipline.\nStrong analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools.\nExperience with Logility or another advanced planning system is considered an advantage.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across functions and cultures.\nExperience or curiosity in using AI, GenAI, or digital tools to improve analysis, planning processes, and ways of working is considered an advantage.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\n\n\n\nLocation: \nThis position is located in Huskvarna.
