Join Alfa Laval and help shape the future of our global beverage business.\nBusiness Unit Separation Technologies (SET) is responsible for the sales of Decanters and High Speed Separator systems in the Food & Pharma Division. In this global role, you will drive the global decanter sales in the beverage industries and support Alfa Laval sales companies with commercial, technical and application expertise.\nYou will work closely with local sales teams, participate in customer visits, provide technical guidance, and support the sales process from opportunity to order closure.\nThe position is based in Flemingsberg and includes regular travelling, approximately 70-100 days per year.\n \nYour main responsibilities:\n\nSupport Sales Companies (SCs) in generating demand and developing qualified opportunities for Alfa Laval decanter solutions\n\n\nProvide commercial support throughout the quotation process, including quote-to-win strategies and sales enablement activities\n\n\nSupport regional sales and business development plans across markets and applications\n\n\nDevelop and maintain sales tools, communication materials, pricing tools, and customer value propositions\n\n\nAct as the commercial focal point for decanter sales within beverage applications\n\n\nIdentify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to support growth and innovation\n\n\nMonitor commercial performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline management, and sales follow-up activities\n\n\nCollaborate with Product Management, Service, and Sales Companies to support product launches and strengthen cross-functional cooperation\n\n\nContribute to product improvements and new product development based on customer insights and market feedback\n\n\nMaintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data and commercial information in relevant systems\n\n\nPromote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and regions\n\n\n \nWho you are\n \nYou have a strong commercial mindset combined with technical interest and experience.
