That's why we're building an activity where different competencies meet, where ideas have space, and where development is a natural part of everyday life.\nAbout the activity\nYou'll become part of \u00c5terbruk, where we work to help more people move toward proper livelihood through job training and rehabilitation measures. With us, mentors, team leaders, occupational therapists, social workers, coordinators, and unit managers work together in close collaboration where we support each other and develop the activity together.\nWork duties\nAs a graphic designer at \u00c5terbruk, you have a central role in both mentoring participants and developing a completely new area within the activity. You work closely with participants who are far from the job market and support them in developing work capacity, structure, and self-confidence through practical work and creative tasks.\nThe assignment includes:\nmentoring participants in daily work\ndeveloping graphic materials, design, and visual expression\nmanaging the practical flow of electronics that are received, tested, and sent on to the store\ncontributing to observation, follow-up, and assessment of work capacity\ncollaborating with our multi-skilled team regarding participant progression and planning\n\nHere you'll have the opportunity to combine creative work with a meaningful social mission while building something new from the ground up.\nQualifications\nWe believe you're a person who wants to create, not just maintain. You thrive in change and are motivated by developing new working methods together with others.\nTo succeed in this role, you need to have:\nexperience from graphic production, for example advertising agency, media company, or similar activity\ngood knowledge and experience working in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign\nknowledge of graphic production\nexperience in leadership, mentoring, or similar responsibility\nat least upper secondary education and a B driver's license\n\nYou're structured, initiative-taking, and confident in taking responsibility.
