You have overall responsibility for the group's financial management and serve as a close business partner to management and the board.\nThe role is broad and involves responsibilities that extend far beyond the traditional finance function. You will be instrumental in matters related to profitability, operations management, organizational development, and long-term business development. You also lead the logistics operations through two directly reporting logistics managers, and thus have an important role in ensuring that the entire value chain develops in line with the business.\nIn your day-to-day work, you alternate between working on strategic initiatives and long-term planning to supporting the organization on more operational matters. You are expected to be a visible leader who takes initiative, drives change, and helps the business translate ideas into results.\nAreas of responsibility include:\n\nFinancial management, reporting, and group monitoring\n\n\nBudgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management\n\n\nBusiness analysis and decision support to management and the board\n\n\nRisk management, internal controls, and compliance\n\n\nDevelopment of the finance function, processes, and systems support\n\n\nEfficiency improvements and standardization of working methods across the group\n\n\nLeadership and development of finance and logistics functions\n\n\nActive participation in business development, change initiatives, and strategic projects\n\n\nWho Are You?\nWe are seeking a business-oriented and unpretentious leader who is curious about the business and who enjoys making things happen.
