You report to the Chief Human Resource Officer.\nAbout the role\nAs Group Head of Learning & Development, you will:\nDrive and develop Coromatic's Learning & Development function and strategy for learning and skills development.\nManage Coromatic Academy and training initiatives within business-critical competency areas.\nIdentify competency needs together with managers, HR, and subject matter experts, and translate them into relevant development initiatives.\nResponsible for and further develop Coromatic's leadership development and leadership framework.\nDevelop and drive the group's onboarding process.\nManage and develop learning platforms and digital learning solutions.\nEnsure implementation and follow-up of the group's compliance training.\nMonitor results and drive improvements within Learning & Development.\n\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for someone passionate about learning, development, and creating long-term business value through people.
