You work strategically with a time horizon of several years ahead and with continuous focus on balancing cost, risk, and performance. As part of the Technical and Maintenance group, you translate overarching goals into concrete activities and drive implementation together with your organization. You lead and develop maintenance work from a clear asset perspective where lifecycle optimization is central. You are responsible for planning and developing preventive maintenance while initiating and driving facility changes from need through implemented solution.\nYou are also responsible for the operation delivering high quality, a good work environment, and strong delivery capacity. You work actively with suppliers and procurement while ensuring that finances are in balance through budget responsibility and long-term forecasting. An important part of the role is analyzing facility history and status to enable data-driven decisions that strengthen facility development over time.\nAs a leader, you have personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 5\u201315 engineers.
