As our current acting department manager has assumed the role of department manager, we are developing our management structure and are now recruiting for three key management positions: group leader measurement\/deputy, group leader photography, and group leader environmental lab.\n\nIn your role as group leader for photography, you will be the direct manager of our photographers, a team of approximately 15 employees. With the help of high-speed cameras, specialized optics, and other advanced measurement and imaging equipment, the group captures events that cannot be perceived with the naked eye. As group leader, you will have an important role in creating good conditions for both the department's and employees' development.\n\nSince this role is new, you have a unique opportunity to help shape its content, work methods, and structure together with other managers within the department.
