As our current acting department manager has assumed the role of department manager, we are developing our management structure and are now recruiting three key management positions: group manager measurement\/deputy, group manager photography and group manager environmental lab.\nIn your role as group manager for the environmental lab, you will be the direct manager of our environmental durability engineers, a team of 7 employees. The group is responsible for planning, conducting and following up on environmental testing for our customers. The work is varied and includes both practical work in a laboratory environment and technical problem-solving, documentation and ongoing dialogue with customers.\nSince the role is new, you have a unique opportunity to influence how the group should work and develop.
