You will lead a team of approximately 13 employees at multiple locations and play an important role in developing both people and working methods within the newly formed Procurement Servicedesk section. Together, you will ensure effective and high-quality procurement support to the business, while contributing to increased business value, efficiency, and sustainable results.\n\nIn the role, you will, among other things:\n\nLead, coach, and develop the team toward common goals and high performance\nEstablish and further develop working methods, processes, and procedures within Procurement Servicedesk\nResponsible for the development and management of procurement flows linked to the IFS business system\nDrive improvement initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, and efficiency\nBuild strong collaborations with the business and related functions such as finance, supply chain, and the ordering organization\nMonitor operations through relevant key metrics and ensure continuous improvements\n\n\nYou report to the Section Manager and are part of the management group for procurement within the Iron Ore business area, where you contribute to the long-term development of the procurement operation.\n\n What You Bring \n\nWe are looking for you \u2013 a confident and engaging leader who enjoys creating structure, building relationships, and developing teams.
