RISE doesn't need to invent its purpose \u2013 We are a force for the sustainable transformation that industry, society, and the world need.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs group manager, you will be part of RISE's Property and Service (FoS) function, in the Service unit where you report to the Head of Service and are part of the unit's management group. You will lead and distribute work for a group of approximately ten employees within the service unit. This position is a fixed-term employment for one year starting in February 2027.\n\nThe unit is responsible for a broad range of workplace-related services, such as switchboard, reception, goods handling, facility cleaning, work clothes, and plants. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery maintains the right quality, is monitored, and developed. The role also includes finance, budgeting, resource planning, and operational management of procured agreements and outsourced operations.\n\nThe position is based in Stockholm and the role includes travel within Sweden. We currently operate on a hybrid work arrangement where most employees choose to divide their working time between the office and working from home.\n\nYour tasks and responsibilities include:\n\n\u2022 Lead, distribute, and monitor the group's work.\n\n\u2022 Ensure stable and service-oriented delivery of services.\n\n\u2022 Be responsible for personnel, work environment, and employee development.\n\n\u2022 Plan resources and substitutes based on operational needs.\n\n\u2022 Be responsible for finance, budgeting, and quality monitoring.\n\n\u2022 Monitor suppliers, agreements, and outsourced operations.\n\n\u2022 Actively contribute to the management group and continued business development.\n\nWho Are You?\nYou are a confident and clear leader who creates structure, engagement, and momentum.
