We have broad expertise in graphic production and a strong focus on quality, delivery, and development.\n\nAs a group manager, you work closely with both customers and employees, focusing on leadership, operations development, production, service, and work environment. You are part of a management group of seven group managers with whom you collaborate daily.\n\nThe Role of Group Manager\nYour Assignment\nAs a group manager at Media-Print, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, and finances \u2013 a so-called three-pillar management role. You are responsible for ensuring that operations function efficiently and sustainably while creating conditions for employees to develop and thrive.\n\nYou lead daily operations in a business where understanding production flows is an important part of your role.
