Together, you will be responsible for ensuring that the airport's infrastructure facilities are developed, managed, and optimized to meet the needs of operations, both today and in the future.\n\nYou will create the conditions for asset management work to be conducted with a holistic perspective and in close collaboration with our asset management leaders and other parts of the business\u2014from operational to strategic level.\n\nThrough your leadership, you will contribute to ensuring that our assets are used and developed in a way that strengthens Swedavia's goals of safety, accessibility, sustainability, and efficiency. You will have a central role in further developing our approaches to strategic asset management and infrastructure management, in line with ISO 55000 and Swedavia's long-term strategy.\n\nAs Group Manager Asset Management Infrastructure, you will:\n\n\u2022 Lead, coach, and develop a team of asset managers within Ground Landside, Ground Airside, Water\/Wastewater and Energy, and Airport Lighting.\n\n\u2022 Ensure that asset management is conducted according to established goals, procedures, and quality requirements.\n\n\u2022 Drive and support the development of processes, working methods, and digital tools within the asset management area.\n\n\u2022 Contribute to creating a balance between maintenance, investments, and lifecycle costs.\n\n\u2022 Ensure that our assets meet requirements for safety, accessibility, and operational reliability.\n\n\u2022 Be responsible for budget, monitoring, and reporting within the group's area of responsibility.\n\n\u2022 Actively contribute to change efforts toward a more integrated and data-driven working approach.\n\n\u2022 You report to the Head of Strategic Asset Management and are part of the unit's management group.\n\nWho are you?
