The work involves 12-hour day shifts starting around 06:00 according to a 5:2 schedule. On-call duty every other weekend is included.\n\nAs a security officer, you play a decisive role in maintaining security for operations that are important to Sweden. You work with extended authority and often in close collaboration with our clients. You are expected to make well-founded decisions under pressure, act professionally in complex situations, and maintain good judgment even when conditions change rapidly.
