We encourage development work and would like all employees to contribute to improving our operations.\nFor the Adult Unit, we are now seeking a new group leader as the current one is moving on to new challenges within the city. You will be the immediate supervisor for seven ambitious social workers in the area of substance abuse and addiction, and four equally ambitious social workers in the area of intimate partner violence. We do not have a separate intake office for new cases; instead, this is handled through a rotating intake telephone within each group.\nWhat we offer\nWe offer you an important, stimulating, and meaningful assignment close to the operations as a group leader. You will work closely with the unit manager in an organization characterized by present leadership and active employee involvement.\nThe Adult Unit is a department where major change work is underway, and you will have an important role together with the employees and unit manager in this work. We do it together!\nWe are located in fresh office space in a landscape layout in Garnisonen with proximity to Karlaplan and the recreation area Djurg\u00e5rden. We apply flexible hours as well as winter and summer working hours. The possibility exists for vacation exchange, which means you exchange your vacation allowance for extra days off.
