A probationary period may be applied.\r\n\r\n1 position(s).\r\n\r\nWORK DUTIES\r\nWhat does the position involve?\n\nAs a treatment pedagogue on awake night\/on-call shift at Bergiusg\u00e5rden, you work both awake nights and sleeping on-call according to schedule. During awake nights you are active throughout the shift and are responsible for what happens, such as providing support to the youth, managing incidents, or accompanying them to medical appointments. While on sleeping on-call you are available and can be called upon to assist the awake night staff if needed. Regardless of role, you contribute to creating safety, calm, and security for the youth.
