We work closely with family members, schools, social services, and other clinics within healthcare. The work involves extensive dialogue with patients and guardians\u2014both based on manual-based, psychoeducational materials and in everyday, supportive conversations. We value collegial support and work according to RESIMA\u2014a method for creating an environment that functions optimally and minimizes the risk of threats and violence for both patients and staff. You will be offered supervision and further training based on the department's needs.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nFor this position, you need a degree in social work.
