Working as a service handler at the police service office is meaningful work in building trust in police operations through engagement, quality, and security in case handling combined with efficiency and courteous treatment.\nAs a handler at the police service office, you will have an important role within the scope of the police's service mission.\nMain duties:\n \u2022 Handle both applications and issuance of passports and national ID cards\n \u2022 Receive and register reports from the public\n \u2022 Receive weapons and permit documents, contested parking fines, requests for public records, extracts from the criminal record register, handling of seized items, lost property, and service of documents\n \u2022 Communication with internal and external stakeholders, both through in-person meetings and through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and social media\n \u2022 Cooperation both internally within the police authority and externally with other government agencies and community stakeholders\n \u2022 Additional duties as the flow of cases varies significantly\nYou will primarily be based in Boden.
