We think you may be a teacher, social worker, social pedagogue, or treatment pedagogue, but we could be wrong. You can function both as an inspiring work leader and an equal colleague, and you also find this an exciting combination. Regardless of age, you are mature enough to understand that members' success is the finest reward you can receive.
