This applies to both our participants and collaborating partners, as well as our employees and society at large.\n\nThe Position\nAs a supervisor\/job coach, you will be responsible for planning, documentation, and coaching our participants who are seeking work or need support in beginning their studies. It is important that you are driven, self-directed, results-oriented, goal-focused, and have experience in coaching, while also actively helping participants search for work by recruiting employers to our internal employer database. Networking is a large and important part of daily work to achieve the goal.\n\nThe position is an hourly position as needed with placement at our offices throughout the Stockholm area. You will be substituting for our regular supervisors during their absences, sick days, summer vacations, and more. This is a position that can be combined with, for example, studies.\n\nYou must meet the following requirements according to either option 1 or 2.\n\nOption 1\nYou have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system). Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.\n\nYou have education in one of the following areas:\nWork life\nOrganization and personnel management\nStudy and career guidance\nBusiness administration\nPsychology\nBehavioral science\nSocial science\nPedagogy\nOccupational therapist or social worker education\nOr in similar areas\n\nAs an applicant, you need to have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.
