Equally important is driving the finance function forward. The goal is to gradually build a more AI-driven accounting function, with fewer manual tasks, faster reconciliations, and more time for analysis and business support. This isn't a side project\u2014it's one of the role's most important aspects, both short and long term.\nYour Tasks\nAs Head of Accounting, you will, among other things:\nDrive the development and automation of systems, processes, and ways of working, with an eye toward an increasingly AI-driven finance function.\nManage accounting, financial statements, and annual reports for the group's companies, as well as group consolidation for the bank.\nEnsure efficient, quality-assured, and scalable finance processes.\nBe a close partner to the CFO and provide financial insights to the business.\n\nWe Believe You\nHave an academic degree in accounting or finance and several years of experience in qualified accounting work.\nYou're confident with financial statements, annual reports, and K3, while also having a genuine drive to find smarter ways of working.\nAs a person, you're curious, structured, and unpretentious.
