As the function is newly established, you will have the opportunity to influence structures, ways of working, and long-term strategies from the ground up.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDevelop and execute AFRY's global real estate strategy aligned with business goals\nManage the full property lifecycle, including leasing, redevelopment, and portfolio optimization\nDrive cost efficiency, portfolio performance, and space utilization\nManage external partners including landlords, brokers, developers, and advisors\nLead workplace strategy initiatives related to hybrid work, employee experience, and future workplace concepts\nOversee workplace operations including facilities management, office services, and vendor management\nEnsure safe, compliant, and high-quality workplaces across all locations\nDrive workplace innovation, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation\nLead office redesign, relocation, and workplace transformation projects\nOwn budgets and financial performance related to real estate and workplace operations\nBuild, lead, and develop a newly established global team\nCollaborate with leaders across AFRY and act as a trusted advisor on workplace and portfolio decisions\n\n\nQualifications\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for an experienced leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence.
