You will be responsible for the full M&A process \u2014 from identifying and contacting prospects, conducting initial and follow-up meetings, and building the internal business case. This includes managing NBO offers, due diligence, SPA negotiations, closing and onboarding. This does not mean you execute all steps alone; you are accountable for ensuring they are carried out in a timely and professional manner using the right resources across the organization.\n\nThe Business Area has executed 6-8 acquisitions per year in recent years, split between standalone acquisitions and add-on acquisitions with the ambition to further increase deal flow. The role is an important platform position with significant internal and external interaction, and you will report to the Head of BA.\n\nYou will collaborate closely with Business Segment Leaders, MDs of subsidiary companies, Indutrade's central M&A team and country-based M&A resources across Europe.
