Our purpose in cleaner energy and through our own production and our European partners.\n\nWe're now looking for a Head of Project Development & Execution based in our Link\u00f6ping office.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced leader to lead our portfolio of strategic investment projects across biogas, traffic, and industrial businesses.\n\nIn this key leadership role, you will oversee project development and execution from concept to handover, ensuring safe delivery on time and within budget while supporting Gasum's growth ambitions. You will also lead a team responsible for maintenance and asset management activities across selected operational assets in the Nordic region.\n\nYour main responsibilities will be:\n\nProject Portfolio Management\n\nLead the development and execution of strategic investment projects across Gasum's biogas, traffic, and industrial business areas while also overseeing maintenance and asset management activities for selected operational assets across the Nordics.\n\nThis includes:\n\nGreenfield and brownfield biogas plant projects\nTraffic and industrial projects from execution to handover\nFeasibility studies, engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup\nDelivery of projects according to agreed schedule, budget, quality, and HSEQ requirements\nProcurement, contractor management, and contractual follow-up\nPermit management, compliance, and project reporting\nDevelopment of project management capabilities and ways of working\nManagement of investment subsidy applications and reporting\nLeadership of maintenance and asset management activities related to Gasum's traffic stations, customer terminals, trailers, and swap bodies across the Nordics, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations\n\n\nLeadership & Financial Management\n\nLead and develop a high-performing team\nDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence\nManage project and departmental budgets\n\n\nWhat We Expect From You:\n\nEducation\n\nMSc in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline\n\n\nExperience\n\nLeadership experience within project management in energy, process, or industrial sectors\nProven track record of delivering large investment projects through execution\nExperience in contract and partnership management\nExperience from biogas, renewable energy, or related industries is considered an advantage\n\n\nKey competencies\n\nStrong understanding of EPC\/EPCM contracting and procurement\nSolid knowledge of construction and contract law\nStrategic mindset with strong business acumen\nSkilled negotiator and stakeholder manager\nExperience leading and developing high-performing teams\nStrong focus on HSEQ and compliance\n\n\nWho you are\n\nYou are a driven and inspiring leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset.
