You'll be responsible for driving and coordinating key HR processes\u2014from recruitment and onboarding to development, salary reviews, and maintaining employee relations.\nYou'll also:\nDrive and follow up on important HR processes and initiatives.\nManage recruitment processes and ensure a professional candidate experience.\nServe as the contact person for issues related to Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and union relations.\nParticipate in change initiatives and contribute to the development of Nordic HR processes.\n\nYou'll be an important part of a Nordic HR team where we have different areas of responsibility and strengths. A colleague has a particular focus on HR coordination and payroll, but we work closely together and jointly support managers and employees in the organization. We see ourselves as a professional and unpretentious team that combines high quality with good humor, strong teamwork, and a genuine willingness to help one another.\nYour Profile\nWe're looking for someone with several years of broad HR experience who thrives in a role combining operational work with consulting and development. You have a strong interest in labor law matters and can navigate conversations with managers, employees, and union representatives.\nWe believe you have:\nAcademic background in HR, personnel science, labor law, business administration, or equivalent.\nExperience with qualified HR work where Swedish labor law and collective agreements have been a natural part of daily operations. Experience from an international and\/or manufacturing organization is a plus.\nGood system skills and experience with HR systems as well as work with HR data and reporting.\nFluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.\n\nAs a person, you're structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious.
