You serve as a strategic and advisory support to the business leaders and help ensure that the business achieves its strategic and operational goals. An important task in this role is to work with managers to attract, develop, and retain the right competencies to meet the business's long-term needs.\n \nTogether with the HR team, you ensure that the business receives professional and business-oriented support across all HR areas. This includes:\nCompetency supply and talent management\nLeadership and organizational development\nEmployment law, collective agreements, and labor relations\nWork environment, health, and rehabilitation\nWages, performance, and compensation matters\nDiversity, equality, and inclusion\nChange management and implementation of new ways of working\n\nAs HR Director, you have personnel and budget responsibility for your HR team and are responsible for ensuring that HR work is conducted in line with Peab's guidelines, values, and group-wide HR strategy. You report to the HR Director of the Construction Division and are part of both the HR management group and the regional management group.
