You contribute with materials that support the development of the municipality's strategic and operational HR work.\n\nIn this role, you work closely with HR functions both centrally and in the various departments, as well as with the Payroll Service and Finance Department. You are responsible for developing, analyzing, and presenting HR-related statistics and key figures, as well as identifying trends and development areas.\n\nYou will also be an important part of the municipality's work with salary formation.
