In your role as HR Consultant, you are the employer representative and contribute to good cooperation with the trade union organizations.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nHigher education degree in Human Resources and experience with independent work on personnel matters or other relevant education\/experience deemed sufficient by the employer. A driver's license (category B) is required.\r\n\r\nWe welcome experience with independent work on personnel matters, strong communication skills in both spoken and written form, good collaboration skills and the ability to create and maintain good relationships. Experience working in politically governed organizations is a merit. I din roll som HR-konsult \u00e4r du arbetsgivarrepresentant och medverkar till en god samverkan med de fackliga organisationerna.\r\n\r\nKVALIFIKATIONER\r\nH\u00f6gskoleexamen inom PA-omr\u00e5det och erfarenhet av sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt arbete med personalfr\u00e5gor eller annan adekvat utbildning\/erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bed\u00f6mer tillr\u00e4cklig.
