You have the ability to analyze complex labor law issues, translate laws and agreements into practical solutions, and create security in the organization through professional support and guidance.\nWe offer stimulating and varied work where you have the opportunity to be a key person in the municipality's labor law work and contribute to developing our working methods, processes, and manager support.\nQualifications\nTo succeed in this role, we see that you have:\nAn academic degree in HR and working life or other education that the employer considers equivalent.\nSeveral years of experience with qualified HR work with an emphasis on labor law.\nVery good knowledge of labor law and experience handling labor law processes independently.\nExperience with union negotiations and cooperation issues.\nExperience providing consultative support to managers in complex personnel matters.\nGood ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.\nGood knowledge of the Office package.\n\nArea of Responsibility\nAs an HR Consultant with a focus on labor law, you are the municipality's qualified support on labor law issues and processes. You work closely with business managers and provide both strategic and operational support to ensure legally secure and professional handling of personnel matters. Your main responsibilities are to:\nDrive and coordinate labor law matters from advisory through implementation.\nRepresent the employer in union negotiations according to the Co-determination in the Workplace Act and other labor law regulations.\nProvide qualified support to managers in the interpretation and application of laws, agreements, and internal guidelines.\nWork with cooperation, collective agreements, and wage formation issues.\nContribute labor law expertise in organizational changes and development projects.\nEducate and inform managers on labor law, cooperation, and employer matters.\n\nThe role also includes work in other HR areas such as occupational environment, rehabilitation, competence supply, and manager support, but labor law is the central part of the assignment.\nWe Offer\nArvika Municipality offers its employees wellness contributions, opportunity for vacation exchange, net salary deductions on annual passes for V\u00e4rmlandstrafik, benefit cycling via gross salary deduction.
