As an HR Consultant, you will have a varied assignment where you work closely with HR colleagues, managers, and union representatives.\nWork Tasks\nIn this role, you will work with a broad range of tasks related to employment relations in our department:\nProvide qualified support and advice within labor law to the HR department and the department's managers, focusing on legal and contractual matters as well as handling complex labor law cases.\nTogether with your colleague, drive the development of guidelines and working methods within employment relations in our department.\nPrepare and conduct negotiations, as well as provide support in more complex cases.\nIndependently conduct labor law investigations and drive labor law processes.\nCollaborate with labor law attorneys at the city level and contribute to overall HR work.\nConduct training in labor law and related areas for HR and other affected parties.\nWork with other areas within employment relations, such as coordinating certain strategic parts of systematic occupational health and safety work and conducting position reviews at an overall level.\nTogether with your colleagues, work to ensure good and efficient dialogue between the employer and union organizations.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nA university degree in HR of at least 180 higher education credits, or another university degree that the employer considers equivalent and relevant for the role.\nSeveral years of experience in labor law within public sector operations.\nExperience with negotiations, legal and contractual interpretation, and working according to cooperation agreements.\nVery good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as experience working with strategic HR documents.\n\nIt is an advantage if you have:\nExperience with project-based work approaches.\nFurther education or specialization in labor law.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is structured and solution-oriented, has an interest in labor law matters, and thrives in an advisory and collaborative role.
