The role is broad and operations-focused with emphasis on qualified operational HR work. You will work with employment law, labor union collaboration, rehabilitation, competency supply, recruitment, and various types of leadership and employee matters. You coach and guide managers as well as contribute to developing HR work. It is precisely the variety and the opportunity to make a difference in daily operations that makes this role both challenging and developmental.\n \nWe are looking for someone with relevant academic education or equivalent, and who has several years of experience in qualified HR work and feels confident in the role as a support, advisor, and sounding board for managers.
