The role involves a varied day-to-day routine characterized by both long-term initiatives for good occupational environment and short-term support in work groups and individual cases.\n\nMj\u00f6lby Municipality is at the forefront of occupational environment processes and support materials. An important focus area going forward is to work together with colleagues to support managers in implementing our processes in daily operations. You have a good ability to work both independently and together with others \u2013 you listen, show empathy, and respect.
