This could include finding new ways to reach candidates, building relationships with schools and educational organizations, developing employer branding, or improving the candidate experience and tools GUB uses.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\n- Drive recruitment processes from start to finish\n- Support and collaborate closely with recruiting managers\n- Drive the development of working methods and processes within recruitment\n- Work with employer branding, job fairs, and other activities\n- Build relationships with schools, educational companies, and other external partners\n- Develop the candidate journey, career page, and GUB's recruitment system\n- Contribute to the long-term work of attracting and finding the right expertise\n\nThis is an operations-focused role with many contact points, and you'll collaborate broadly with different parts of GUB, including group managers, the training department, and the rest of the organization.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\n\nWe're looking for someone with recruitment experience who feels confident independently driving recruitment processes. You enjoy the combination of operational recruitment work and developing how recruitment is conducted.\n\nYou're curious, driven, and good at building relationships. You take your own initiatives, see what needs to be done, and drive your work forward. At the same time, you're unpretentious and enjoy working with others.\n\nExperience with high-volume recruitment, employer branding, or collaboration with schools and other external partners is a plus. It's also positive if you've worked close to an operational business, for example in transport, logistics, production, or technology.\n\nYou have relevant education within HR, for example as a personnel specialist, or you've built equivalent competence through experience.\n\nAbout GUB and the Team\n\nGamla Uppsala Buss is one of Sweden's larger publicly owned bus companies with approximately 640 employees.
