Then this role could be for you!\r\n\r\nAbout the job\r\nAs an HR Specialist at \u00d6cker\u00f6 Municipality, you will have a broad and varied generalist role within HR. You will work with many different types of issues and have the opportunity to use and develop your expertise across the entire HR field.\r\nOne day might involve labor law matters or a rehabilitation case, the next day recruitment, occupational health and safety, or development of an HR process. You therefore need to thrive with variety, be able to switch between different types of issues, and appreciate that no two days are quite alike.\r\nYou will be a close and qualified support to the municipality's managers and work with both ongoing personnel matters and more complex cases. The role combines operational management support with development of the municipality's HR work.\r\nIn the role, you will, among other things:\r\nprovide support to managers on both everyday and complex HR matters\r\nprovide advice on labor law and occupational health and safety\r\nwork with rehabilitation and workplace accommodation\r\nparticipate in recruitment and competency planning\r\ndrive and develop HR processes, procedures, and governing documents\r\nconduct training and workshops for managers and employees\r\ncontribute to strategic development projects within HR\r\n\r\nYou will become part of our HR team consisting of six people: two HR specialists, one process leader, two payroll administrators, and one systems administrator. We work closely together, share our expertise, and help each other when needed. You are curious about different aspects of HR and enjoy diving into new issues.\r\nYou feel confident in the role of HR advisor and can independently drive matters from analysis and assessment to implementation and follow-up. You enjoy working closely with managers and operations and find it easy to adapt your support to the situation and needs.
