As an HR Strategist, you work closely with the federation's managers and serve as our contact point with the member municipalities' HR departments. Together with our HR consultant, you form the federation's HR function. Your responsibilities also include responsibility for union relations, MBL procedures, and collaboration. You will also work with administrative tasks and investigations. You will have the opportunity to discuss with the federation director and HR consultant to influence the focus and direction of the position.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nUniversity degree in HR\/Personnel Administration and experience of independent work with personnel matters, or other appropriate education\/experience that the employer deems sufficient.\n\nWe require good communication skills, both verbal and written.
