Travel between these locations will be required as part of the role.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and cooling systems.\nReplace filters, perform cleaning, and undertake general maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs).\nAssist Senior HVAC Engineers with fault finding, reactive repairs, and remedial works.\nSupport minor HVAC installation projects, including air conditioning and heating systems.\nEnsure plant and equipment operate efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.\nMaintain high standards across customer facilities and project sites.\nDeliver Site-Specific Risk Assessments (SPAs) and Toolbox Talks as required.\nFollow all site safety procedures, policies, and permit-to-work systems.\nWork collaboratively as part of a multi-skilled team supporting data centre projects.\n\nWho You Are\nHands-on, reliable, and safety-focused.\nProactive with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.\nAdaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments.\nA strong team player with good communication skills.\n2+ years' experience in HVAC, building services, facilities management, or a similar technical role.\nExperience with HVAC maintenance, servicing, and basic repairs.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nBasic IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nDriving licences.\n\nDesirable:\nExperience working on data centre, industrial, or other critical infrastructure projects.\nKnowledge of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, Split AC, VRV\/VRF, boilers, and pumping systems.\nRelevant certifications such as IPAF, Working at Heights, Manual Handling, LOTO, or Arc Flash.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nEmployment in a growth company with a history spanning more than 130 years.\nBe part of the green energy-efficient refrigeration and heat pump industry.\nWell-established employee associations.\nAccess to education and various career paths, including 5,000 e-learning programs.\n\nApplication\nIf you have read this far, we are glad to see you are interested!
