It's therefore important that you have a valid forklift certificate and previous experience operating forklifts, particularly counterbalance models.\n\nThe work is varied and you need an eye for detail, as well as being thorough and quality-conscious in your work. When problems or disruptions occur in production, you're expected to identify what needs to be addressed and find practical solutions so production can continue efficiently.
