You will also play an important part in continuously improving procurement processes and ensuring alignment with business needs and procurement standards.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManage procurement activities within indirect services, including engineering services, IT, facility management, marketing, and indirect materials.\nSupport regional indirect purchasing activities and contribute to global procurement initiatives.\nLead tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.\nIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procurement regulations.\nSelect, develop, and maintain long-term supplier partnerships.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective sourcing solutions.\nMonitor supplier performance, contractual commitments, and purchasing data while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working in an international environment and building strong supplier relationships.\nYou combine analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented approach and are comfortable driving initiatives independently while collaborating with stakeholders across different functions.\nTo be successful in this position, we believe that you have:\nExperience in procurement, preferably within indirect purchasing, including international supplier and sourcing activities.\nStrong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing processes, contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and contract law.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and\/or Coupa.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to drive cost optimization and data-driven decision-making.\nGood understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial environments.\nA degree in procurement, supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.\nFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.\n\nIt's a bonus if you have:\nExperience from the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO, ASPICE, or TISAX.\nExperience leading complex sourcing projects in a global organization.\nBusiness finance knowledge or training.\n\nJoin Magna and become part of a global organization where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement drive success.
