The organization has come a long way in practical security work and has strong technical expertise internally. Now we're looking for someone who can create structure, ensure documentation, and drive work on processes and compliance.\n\nYou will work closely with the IT department and serve as the link between operations, technology, and regulations. The role is both strategic and operational \u2013 you identify what needs to be done, but also ensure it actually gets done.\n\nYou will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes, and ensuring that the organization meets requirements including NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and upcoming regulatory requirements.\n\nExamples of work tasks:\n\nManage and further develop the company's information security work.\n\n\nDrive work with NIS2, ISO 27001, and other relevant regulations.\n\n\nDevelop, document, and maintain policies, processes, and control documents.\n\n\nConduct risk analyses and follow up on internal security processes.\n\n\nPlan and conduct Security Awareness training for the organization.\n\n\nFollow up on security tools, penetration tests, and security-related deviations.\n\n\nCoordinate internal audits and ensure compliance.\n\n\nProvide support to the business on information security and compliance matters.\n\n\nCollaborate with external suppliers and security partners as needed.\n\nWho are you?\nWe're looking for someone with experience in information security, IT security, or GRC work who thrives on creating structure and driving improvements. You have worked with policies, processes, and documentation and have a good understanding of how information security translates into practice.\n\nYou don't need to be the one conducting technical penetration tests yourself, but you have sufficient technical understanding to engage in dialogue with specialists and translate technical security requirements into functioning processes and working methods.\n\nAs a person, you are structured, unpretentious, and action-oriented. You like to get things done and have a good ability to build trust in the organization.
