You are equally comfortable discussing long-term strategy with senior stakeholders as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challenges.\nTo succeed in this role, you likely have:\nA relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.\nSeveral years of experience within IT Infrastructure and Security.\nExperience driving modernization, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of Information Security principles and best practices.\nProven leadership experience, preferably in an international and\/or decentralized environment.\nExperience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.\nPermanent authorization to work in Sweden.\n\nIt is considered an advantage if you have:\nExperience with mergers and acquisitions, including IT integration projects.\nExperience with cloud platforms and modern workplace technologies, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.\n\nAbout You:\nYou are a business-oriented and collaborative leader who thrives on translating technology into business value.
