We are a small, growing unit that purchases and procures materials and services for the entire authority.\n\nIn your role as an operational procurement officer, you are responsible for executing orders through calls on existing framework agreements within your assigned categories and for direct procurement in accordance with applicable laws, decisions, routines, and guidelines. Through your work, you contribute to ensuring that the authority's needs for materials and services are met in a structured and efficient manner.\n\nTo ensure a well-functioning procurement process, you handle incoming orders and needs from the operations. You are responsible for ensuring that purchase orders and order confirmations are correct, and you follow up on orders to ensure that deliveries occur as planned. The role is characterized by a structured approach where quality and accuracy are central to daily work.\n\nBeyond operational work, you are also expected to contribute to the unit's continued development.
