The department is responsible for all contracts for items that are purchased but not resold to our customers.\n\nAs a Procurement Assistant Mobility, you'll be part of a team that manages all contracts related to mobility (such as vehicles, travel, and hotels) and procurement of services. The team consists of five dedicated colleagues, with three working exclusively on mobility matters.\n\nThe role offers a varied workday where you will, among other things:\n\nReview invoices, monitor finances, and update information in various business systems.\nHandle orders and quality checks for Lidl Sweden's vehicle fleet.\nPerform operational tasks related to vehicles, such as washing them, parking, and preparing them for use.\nCarry out operational call-off purchases and maintain ongoing dialogue with our suppliers.\nConduct evaluations and analyses and keep up to date with developments in the automotive industry.\nManage daily mail handling.\n\nYou will report to the team manager.\n\nYour Profile\nWe're looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator who enjoys when things happen! You take significant personal responsibility, find smooth solutions, and have the ability to prioritize when facing multiple tasks at once.
