The Group has approximately 2,500 employees and combined revenue of approximately 6.5 billion SEK.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nAs an inside sales representative at San Sac, you'll be part of a committed team of six people where collaboration, helpfulness, and work enjoyment are in focus. You work closely together and in close cooperation with other parts of the organization, always with the customer at the center.\n\nYour workday is varied and developmental. You follow the business through the entire flow, from start to finish, where you register orders, place orders with the factory, book transports, and send order confirmations to customers. In parallel, you guide customers to the right solutions, both via webshop and in dialogue, and support the sales organization in quote work, from simple inquiries to more complex deals.\n\nYou work with both your own quotes and deals driven together with field sales representatives, which provides a broad and business-focused role with many contact points.\n\nYour responsibilities include:\n\n\u2022 Register orders and ensure a smooth flow\n\n\u2022 Be a central contact point for customers and colleagues regarding orders and deliveries\n\n\u2022 Provide advice on products and solutions together with customers and sales staff\n\n\u2022 Handle complaints and follow up on cases\n\nYou have ongoing contact with several internal functions, such as product group, warehouse, sales, and finance, to ensure smooth processes and deliveries.
