S\u00f6dra Dalarnas R\u00e4ddningstj\u00e4nstf\u00f6rbund is part of R\u00e4ddningsRegion Bergslagen (RRB) and its associated management collaboration.\nAbout the Role\nIn this position, which is based in the rescue department, you will be part of our operations leader team. As an operations leader, you will work a combined day and shift schedule according to a specific schedule. Operatively, the operations leader constitutes management level two within the organization with responsibility for, among other things, coordinating the work of individual rescue units and overall operational leadership. As an operations leader, you will be stationed at the rescue station in Avesta. In your role, in addition to operational service, you will work with planning and development within one or more of the organization's different operational and functional areas. Your primary responsibility will be the organization's operational business development.
