You will work closely with colleagues to conduct investigations, analyze documentation, and prepare applications for special fees to the court. We continuously develop our methods and ways of working, which means that in your role as an inspector, you need to be development-oriented and flexible in order to adapt to changed circumstances.\n\nRequirement Profile\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n- University degree with a focus on social work or equivalent education that the agency considers relevant\n- At least 2 years of current experience in work related to the social services field\n- At least 2 years of current experience in case handling and authority administration within the social services field\n- Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the social services area\n- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have experience in:\n- Work related to unexecuted decisions and implementation of services to individuals within the social services field\n- Work with a focus on child and family care, elderly care, and support for persons with disabilities\n- Overall planning of services within the above areas.\n\nYou should be able to work independently and have a good ability to prioritize and structure multiple different tasks simultaneously. You should have good analytical skills and be able to review and analyze objectively. You are thorough and structured, but also flexible. Furthermore, you have very good collaborative skills, are confident in your decisions, and can constructively implement and consider the perspectives and viewpoints of others.
