You function as specialist support to the project organization and help optimize installation solutions based on functionality, cost, production, and sustainability.\nYou work closely with project managers, site managers, consultants, contractors, and clients and play an important role in creating consensus between construction and installation contractors. The role involves a combination of strategic work and presence in the projects where you have the opportunity to influence both technical decisions and the projects' financial results.\n\nYour Main ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate installation work throughout all phases of the project.\nTake responsibility for the entirety of installation technical solutions and ensure functionality and optimization.\nParticipate in the procurement of installation contractors and technical consultants.\nLead and coordinate installation design between different disciplines such as plumbing, electrical, and control systems.\nReview installation documents and ensure that the project's technical requirements are met.\nServe as technical contact person to the client and other project stakeholders.\nLead installation meetings and handle technical issues during production.\nCoordinate inspections, testing, and verification for commissioning and handover.\nContribute to lessons learned and development of installation expertise within the organization.\n\n \nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone who combines solid technical expertise with a structured and business-minded approach. You thrive in a coordinating role where you work with many different stakeholders and have the ability to build trust through your competence, engagement, and communication skills. As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and confident in your professional skills. You are used to taking responsibility, creating structure in complex projects, and driving matters forward while building strong collaborations and contributing to a positive team spirit.
